Whatever the weather might be in your corner of the world, tomorrow is the March Equinox. In the northern hemisphere that is supposed to usher in spring and in the southern hemisphere autumn. Here is a webpage with the exact moment in your local time zone:

Note the spider web to the left of the anemometer. This isn't the usual winter to spring transition that I would normally expect in northern California on March 20th.
As if that wasn't enough of a
"surprise," we are having our air conditioner tuned up on the last day of winter and we have been using it since Sunday!
